About the role
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer (Interactive Designer) will own the end-to-end design process, from concept through final implementation, creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype intuitive UI/UX for web applications and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for visual consistency
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and iterate on designs
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in brainstorming to improve product functionality and aesthetics
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- 5+ years experience as an Interactive Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Proven success designing digital products and engaging user experiences
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles
- Proficiency with design tools, including Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), plus tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
