UI/UX Designer - Remote

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer (Contractor, Remote) helping to shape user experiences for next-generation AI training systems. You’ll work on UI/UX evaluation and enhancement for AI training and assessment initiatives alongside a customer team.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across multiple digital platforms
• Evaluate usability and functionality of AI-driven products and provide actionable feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test AI training interface design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly (written and verbal)
• Participate in iterative design/evaluation using data-driven insights and user feedback
• Follow UI/UX best practices, including accessibility and responsive design

Requirements

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio for web and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies
• Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly
• Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles
• Organized, self-motivated, proactive problem solver

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products
• Background designing/evaluating/training for AI-driven interfaces
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment
