UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer (Remote) responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work with product, engineering, and business teams to translate user needs into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
• Identify UX issues and refine layouts based on feedback
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
• Maintain consistency with brand, accessibility, and design standards

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visual design, and problem-solving
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Understanding of user-centered and responsive design principles
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
• Experience working in Agile or product development environments
• Basic understanding of front-end development and/or design handoff workflows
