About the role

Role overview

The UI/UX Designer will translate business goals and user needs into polished, functional digital experiences. You will own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity delivery.

What you’ll do

Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Iterate on designs using data, feedback, and testing
Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders

What we’re looking for

2–4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals
Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions
Experience working in cross-functional product teams

Nice to have

Motion design experience or Framer
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems
Experience with SaaS or B2B product design
