About the role
Role overview
The UI/UX Designer will translate business goals and user needs into polished, functional digital experiences. You will own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity delivery.
What you’ll do
- Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Iterate on designs using data, feedback, and testing
- Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals
- Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
Nice to have
- Motion design experience or Framer
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems
- Experience with SaaS or B2B product design
