About the role

Role overview

The UI/UX Designer will translate business goals and user needs into polished, functional digital experiences. You will own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Iterate on designs using data, feedback, and testing
  • Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals
  • Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams

Nice to have

  • Motion design experience or Framer
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B product design
