Responsibilities

  • Design polished, production-ready UI with strong focus on typography, layout, interaction design, and visual consistency.
  • Create intuitive UX for complex enterprise applications, especially dashboards, data visualization, tables, and information-dense workflows.
  • Contribute across the full design process: discovery, interaction design, and visual execution.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design responsive experiences for web and mobile.
  • Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines.
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders by probing needs and assumptions to uncover underlying user problems.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, reusable components, and design standards.

  • Own projects end-to-end (from concept through delivery) and work independently.
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to design data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, analytics, complex workflows).
  • Ability to balance UX strategy with polished UI.
  • Hands-on Figma experience (interface design, prototyping, collaboration).
  • Experience working with Product teams in collaborative, iterative environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience applying WCAG in product design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio with production-ready interfaces and thoughtful UX process.
  • Experience validating concepts with interactive prototypes.
  • Experience contributing to design systems and scalable UI libraries.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams.
  • Accessibility certifications (nice to have).
  • Experience using modern AI tools to support design workflows (nice to have).

What Success Looks Like

  • Takes ownership with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Curious and comfortable asking questions to understand business problems.
  • Strong partnership skills with Product Managers to uncover true user needs.
  • Delivers polished, accessible experiences with great attention to detail.
