UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

IDR is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a remote opportunity with a leading enterprise organization focused on healthcare solutions. You will own the end-to-end design process for product features, delivering accessible, user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the full design process for product features
• Create scalable and accessible user experiences
• Use design systems, research methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive outcomes
• Translate user needs, analytics, and data insights into design solutions
• Drive design execution and influence project roadmaps and technical feasibility discussions
• Support process improvements to enhance user experience and design efficiency
• Produce clear specifications and review UI stories to support development

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, and accessibility
• Proficiency in Figma and maintaining complex design systems
• Ability to create and test design variations using AI-powered design tools
• Strong ability to write clear specifications and collaborate with development

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise product environments (implied)
