About the role

UI/UX Designer

You will define the end-to-end user experience for managing software releases and deployments, turning complex operational and technical workflows into intuitive product flows.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end UX for the software release and deployment lifecycle
Simplify complex operational/technical workflows into clear product flows
Design experiences supporting visibility, control, confidence, and accountability across releases
Create workflows and patterns for:
- release readiness
- change review
- deployment tracking
- rollout status
- incident awareness
- rollback support
Partner with engineering to translate platform capabilities into usable product experiences
Build a coherent interaction model and visual language for a high-signal internal platform

Requirements

Strong experience designing internal tools, enterprise products, or operational workflows
Ability to make complex systems feel simple while preserving critical detail
Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
Experience designing dashboards and workflow/configuration-heavy tools
Comfort working with engineers on ambiguous, early-stage product/platform problems
Strong proficiency in:
- wireframing
- prototyping
- high-fidelity UI design
