UI/UX Designer

Role: UI/UX Designer

Define and design the end-to-end user experience for managing software releases and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design product flows for the release lifecycle, simplifying complex operational and technical workflows.
• Create experiences focused on visibility, control, confidence, and accountability across planning through execution.
• Build workflows and patterns for:
  • Release readiness
  • Change review
  • Deployment tracking
  • Rollout status
  • Incident awareness
  • Rollback support
• Partner with engineering to translate platform capabilities into usable product experiences.
• Develop a coherent interaction model and visual language for an internal, high-signal platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing internal tools, enterprise products, or operational workflow experiences.
• Ability to make complex systems feel simple without losing critical detail.
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills.
• Experience designing dashboards and workflow-heavy/configuration-heavy tools.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers on ambiguous, early-stage product/platform problems.
• Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
