UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer Intern at Flashfire (Remote, flexible timings). You’ll design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences, working closely with the product and tech team.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior to improve UX
• Design landing pages, dashboards, and product flows
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries

User Experience (UX)

• Improve user flows, navigation, and overall usability
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Iterate designs using feedback, testing, and performance insights

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio (Behance preferred) showcasing:
  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Mobile/web app designs
  • Landing pages or dashboards
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and design thinking
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and product mindset
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Open to current students or graduates
• Prior UI/UX project experience (academic/freelance/internships) is desirable; equivalent hands-on projects considered

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (or similar)
• Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
• Prototyping skills with interactions and micro-animations
• Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design

Internship Details

• Start date: Immediate
• Duration: 3 months
• Work hours: 40 hours/week
• Stipend: ₹10,000/month
• Extension/PPO: Possible based on performance
