UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

M&S Consulting is seeking a UI/UX Designer (posting content focuses on Business Analysis duties) to join its team. The role emphasizes analyzing client business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements between clients and technical teams to support impactful business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements via interviews, workshops, and document analysis
• Create business process models, use cases, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
• Assist with project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet client requirements
• Provide post-implementation support and training
• Maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve consulting approaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (consulting environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, and project management platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
