UI UX designer

Role Overview

Salesforce is seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer to join its team. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet client needs and support digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects, to improve functionality and the user experience.
• Gather and analyze requirements with clients and internal teams; recommend best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
• Create documentation and training materials to support user adoption and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Participate in project planning (timelines and resource allocation) to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay current on Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends.
• Support testing and QA to ensure integrity and reliability of delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator / Developer).
