About the role

Role overview

You’ll help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate UI/UX design. Your design expertise will guide model feedback on aesthetics, usability, and creative quality—supporting the next generation of AI tools for designers.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s design sense
Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Compensation

General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
