Role overview

UI/UX Designer to help train and improve AI models by evaluating and refining how they understand, generate, and assess design work. You’ll critique AI-produced interfaces and visuals, then provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualification requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Nice-to-have / process notes

Apply through a general core assessment, then complete a Web & UI/UX Design qualification for approval
After approval, you may join both general AI training and design-specific projects

Work model & compensation

Remote; full-time or part-time
Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
Pay via PayPal
Hourly rates: General AI training starts at $25–$30+ USD/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
