Role Overview

UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI understands, generates, and evaluates design work. Your feedback directly shapes how next-generation AI tools support designers.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate model outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to refine usability, aesthetics, and creative quality

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s in progress or completed preferred (not required)

Process / Project Access

Apply through general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Once approved, access general AI training projects and join design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose projects and work on your own schedule
General AI training: $25–$30+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
