About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UI/UX Designer to help train and improve AI models that generate and evaluate design work. You’ll assess AI outputs related to interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, and provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
  • Evaluate model output for correctness, quality, and performance
  • Provide feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of aesthetic quality and user-centered design
  • Support design-specific training through UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  • Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Compensation & Work Details

  • Remote (full-time or part-time)
  • Choose which projects to work on; flexible schedule
  • General AI projects: $25–$30+ USD/hr
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
  • Bonuses for exceptional work
  • Independent contract role; paid via PayPal
