Role overview

DataAnnotation is hiring a UI/UX Designer to help train AI models on design understanding and evaluation. You will review AI-generated interfaces, visuals, and user experiences, providing detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and overall creative quality.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate model outputs for correctness and performance
Contribute to training so models better understand:
- aesthetic quality
- user-centered design
- usability and interaction
Work on design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & work model

Remote (full-time or part-time), with flexible schedule and project choice
General AI training projects: $20+/hr USD
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr USD, with bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
