About the role
Role Overview
You will work as a UI/UX Designer helping train and improve cutting-edge AI models by evaluating and refining AI-generated design outputs. Your feedback will shape how AI systems understand aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
What You’ll Do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design
- Contribute to design-focused projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required
Additional Details
- Remote: full-time or part-time; choose your own projects and schedule
- Application flow: apply through general core assessment, then complete a Web & UI/UX Design qualification to be invited to design-specific projects
- Pay via independent contract work through PayPal
Compensation
- General AI training projects: $20+/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
