About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your task is to review AI-generated design outputs and provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Assess quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote (full-time or part-time) and you can choose projects and your own schedule
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
