About the role
Role overview
UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You’ll evaluate how AI systems understand, generate, and assess design work—focusing on interfaces, layouts, visuals, and overall user experiences.
This is a new, growing area centered on teaching AI visual and design principles.
What you’ll do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to help models improve:
- Aesthetic quality
- Usability and user-centered design
- Creative quality
- Contribute to design-specific projects (after qualification), such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (presentations and creative deliverables)
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (current/in progress/completed)
Compensation & work model
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Flexible schedule; choose which projects to work on
- Pay via PayPal
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
