About the role

Role overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will help train AI models to better understand and evaluate visual and design principles. You’ll review AI-generated design work, provide detailed critiques, and contribute to projects focused on aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Provide feedback that helps models improve aesthetic quality and user-centered design
(On approved design-specific tracks) contribute to UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation projects, including presentations/creative deliverables

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed acceptable)

Nice to haves / preferences

Completion of the Web & UI/UX Design qualification after the general core assessment

Contract & compensation

Remote (full-time or part-time), with ability to choose projects and work on your schedule
Independent contract via PayPal
General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
