About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UI/UX Designer helping train AI models to better understand and produce high-quality design work. You’ll review AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

English fluency (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Independent contract role
Remote: full-time or part-time

Work on your own schedule
Payment via PayPal; only applicants in the United States are considered

Compensation

General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work
