Role overview

UI/UX Designer (Remote) You will help train and improve AI models by evaluating and refining how they interpret and produce UI/UX design work. Your feedback will shape the next generation of AI tools that support designers.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to improve usability, visual hierarchy, and overall creative quality

Qualification requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed), but not required

Hiring / assessment process

Apply through the general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design to be approved for design-specific projects
After approval, you may work on general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific initiatives (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)
