About the role
Role Overview
UI/UX Designer (remote; independent contract) to help train AI models by assessing and improving how they understand and generate design outputs. You will critique AI-generated interfaces and visuals, and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetic quality and user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentation/creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Nice to Haves
- Completion of the Web & UI/UX Design qualification after applying through the core assessment

- General AI training: $20+/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
