UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UI/UX Designer to help train AI models to better understand and produce design work. Your role involves assessing AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then providing detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
• Help train models on:
  • aesthetic quality
  • user-centered design
• Provide feedback that directly informs how AI tools support designers

Qualification Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of:
  • visual hierarchy
  • interaction design
  • user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Nice-to-Haves / Process Notes

• Apply via the general core assessment, then complete a Web & UI/UX qualification.
• After approval, you’ll be able to join both general AI training and design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, creative deliverables).

Work & Compensation

• Remote (full-time or part-time) with ability to choose projects and your own schedule
• Pay via PayPal
• Rates: $20+/hr for general AI training and $40+/hr for design-focused projects, with bonuses for exceptional work.
