Role Overview

DataAnnotation is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You’ll evaluate and enhance how AI systems understand and generate design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual outputs
Evaluate AI quality for correctness and performance
Provide feedback that improves the model’s sense of:
- Aesthetic quality
- Usability and user-centered design
Support design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and other creative deliverables)

Compensation & Work Model

REMOTE (choose your projects)
Flexible schedule
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
