About the role
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer will help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences). Your feedback will directly influence the model’s sense of aesthetics and usability, and help shape next-generation AI tools for designers.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-focused projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in English
- Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

- General AI training: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
