About the role

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will help train cutting-edge AI models by assessing and improving how they understand and produce design work. You’ll review AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s aesthetics, usability, and overall creative quality.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate model output quality for correctness and performance
Train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design
- UI/UX and product presentation concepts
Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Project Flow

Apply via the general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, access general AI training projects and be invited to design-focused work

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in progress/completed), but not required

Compensation & Work Conditions

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule
Rates:
- General AI training: $20+/hr USD
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr USD
- Bonuses for exceptional work
Paid via PayPal
