About the role

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer (Remote) to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand and generate design work. You’ll review AI-created interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve usability, aesthetics, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
  • Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
  • Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
  • Contribute insights that refine AI’s ability to support designers
  • Participate in design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  • Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & Work Details

  • Independent contract, full-time or part-time REMOTE
  • Flexible schedule; choose which projects to work on
  • General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work
