Role Overview

UI/UX Designer (Remote) to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand and generate design work. You’ll review AI-created interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve usability, aesthetics, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute insights that refine AI’s ability to support designers
Participate in design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & Work Details

Independent contract, full-time or part-time REMOTE
Flexible schedule; choose which projects to work on
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work
