About the role
Role Overview
UI/UX Designer (Remote) to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand and generate design work. You’ll review AI-created interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve usability, aesthetics, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute insights that refine AI’s ability to support designers
- Participate in design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Compensation & Work Details
- Independent contract, full-time or part-time REMOTE
- Flexible schedule; choose which projects to work on
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work
