UI Full Stack Software Developer

Role Overview

You’ll be a UI Full Stack Software Developer building end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. The work goes beyond writing code: you’ll help move from vision to production-ready systems, improve existing architectures, and support future functionality and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack software solutions and systems from concept/vision through production
• Use modern architectural approaches and tools to help clients address difficult challenges
• Identify and propose system improvements and enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with the current architecture and operating environment and support future needs
• Learn and apply new tools and techniques, including AI applications in software development
• Collaborate effectively with a team and communicate clearly

Requirements

• Version control experience, including Git
• Modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Server-side programming concepts
• Strong understanding of UI and UX design and creating user-friendly interfaces
• Ability to problem solve and learn new technologies quickly (including AI)
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required)
• Education + experience:
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 3+ years software engineering, or
  • 7+ years software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice to Have

• Web development experience
• Server-side programming experience: Python, Node.js, or Java
• Data visualization experience
• UI development experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Database systems knowledge and basic SQL
• AI/ML concepts

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required; subject to security investigation and eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
