About the role

Role Overview

The Senior UI Developer is a technical pillar and strategic lead across RainFocus engineering and branding teams. You will ensure the architectural integrity of the company’s user interfaces and help elevate the attendee experience across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

Own UI architecture for the RainFocus platform’s frontend experience.
Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, identifying gaps in the current product suite, and architecting solutions for complex business needs.
Champion team initiatives and collaborate closely with engineering and branding stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
Ensure the platform meets the high-scale, rigorous demands of Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements

Strong expertise in frontend/UI development with a focus on architecture and strategic technical leadership.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable UI solutions.
Experience mentoring and driving initiatives within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working on software products that support high-traffic event workflows (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
