UI Designer (Independent Contractor)

Role overview

You will help train AI chatbots by creating prompts, writing model responses, and evaluating outputs. The role is designed for analytical, detail-oriented independent contractors who can manage business communications and write to quality and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create diverse conversations across a range of topics
• Develop complex prompts to test AI models
• Write high-quality responses aligned with the given requirements
• Compare and evaluate different AI model outputs for accuracy and style
• Research and fact-check AI responses

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Experience managing small business communications and/or self-employment
• Strong writing and research skills
• Strong fact-checking skills
• Ability to work independently

Additional notes

• Application includes an assessment; access to projects is granted after passing
• Work volume varies; many successful candidates work 5–40 hours/week
