UI Designer

Role overview

UI Designer (Full-time, remote) designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and digital products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn requirements into:
  • wireframes
  • mockups
  • high-fidelity designs
• Refine and maintain design systems and style guides
• Ensure visual consistency across platforms
• Create and improve user flows to support a positive user experience
• Prepare design assets for developer handoff
• Review front-end implementations and iterate on designs using:
  • user feedback
  • performance data
• Participate in design critiques and maintain documentation
• Stay current with UI/UX best practices and trends

Requirements

• Strong UI design and visual design skills with a portfolio of modern, accessible, and responsive interfaces
• Experience creating wireframes and mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Understanding of UX principles, including user flows, interaction patterns, and usability best practices
• Basic familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication and priority management
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and a user-centered mindset
• Prior experience designing web or digital products (tech/IT services experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
