UI Designer - AI Neobank App

Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a UI Designer for its AI and financial products. You’ll craft intuitive, elegant, high-performing mobile-first interfaces and ensure complex financial experiences feel simple, trustworthy, and enjoyable.

What You’ll Own

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products
• Convert product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services
• Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system for consistency across products
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to enable pixel-perfect implementation
• Iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across devices and platforms
• Improve overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual language

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with strong focus on mobile
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping with modern design workflows
• Solid understanding of mobile-first design, iOS & Android guidelines, and responsive layouts
• Good knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces
• Strong attention to detail (visual hierarchy, typography, spacing)

Remote & Location
