About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a TypeScript Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help develop cutting-edge AI systems by completing and evaluating coding tasks, with the flexibility to choose projects and set your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
- Preferred: Previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer
Preferred / Nice-to-Haves
- Kotlin experience
- Android development experience
Work Model & Compensation
- Fully remote, with eligibility limited to US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
- Flexible schedule: select projects and when you work
- Hourly pay starting at $50–$100+/hour, with higher-paying projects possible based on performance
- Payment via PayPal (currency conversions handled by PayPal)
