Role Overview

Trustee (Voluntary) — remote / flexible commitment (~1 day per month). Join the organisation’s Board to provide strategic oversight, governance, and long-term sustainability for a modern philanthropic donor-advised fund (DAF).

Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the organisation
Support oversight of risk, compliance, and organisational performance
Provide constructive challenge and independent judgement
Ensure operations align with charitable objectives and governance responsibilities
Help drive long-term sustainability and institutional development
Bring expertise and insight to Board discussions
Act as an ambassador for the organisation where appropriate

Remuneration
