About the role

Role Overview

Agile Transformation Lead responsible for driving a transition to a Product Operating Model. You will coach Product Owners and Agile teams, improve delivery practices, reduce risks and dependencies, and enable collaboration across multiple Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Coach Product Owners and Agile teams to improve Agile delivery
Improve planning and execution and increase overall Agile maturity
Remove delivery risks, barriers, and dependencies
Enable collaboration across multiple Scrum teams (3–7 simultaneously)
Lead organizational change in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, or transformation
Experience implementing or supporting a Product Operating Model
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks
Experience working with Product Owners and supporting product planning

Nice to Have

Fortune 500 and healthcare industry experience
