The Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI

Role Overview

Senior Solutions Architect for Microsoft AI driving enterprise AI transformation across Microsoft’s ecosystem. You will act as the primary presales authority for AI-driven solutions, combining solution architecture, enterprise consulting, and commercial ownership to shape strategy, drive implementations, and contribute directly to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution design and presales execution for enterprise clients across the full lifecycle:
  • Discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept (PoC) development
  • Proposals and executive presentations
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating data, governance, and security into production-ready architectures.
• Enable next-generation AI agents and multi-agent systems beyond traditional automation.
• Design Microsoft AI solutions using:
  • Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Power Platform
• Develop and scale reusable AI agent orchestration offerings and PoC environments.
• Own revenue targets tied to AI professional services; support pipeline development and forecasting.
• Lead executive-level client engagements, translating complex AI into business value and strategic roadmaps.
• Produce technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and delivery architectures aligned with commercial objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within Microsoft environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AI, automation, and cloud technologies with production enterprise deployments.
• Proven experience designing/deploying AI agents, conversational AI, or intelligent automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI/data platforms: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with CI/CD, system design, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to engage executives and lead complex enterprise sales conversations.
• Commercial experience including proposals, SOW creation, and revenue ownership in a services environment.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (highly valued): Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
