About the role
Role Overview
SDET / Test Automation Engineer (Cypress Automation) for a remote contract team. You’ll build and maintain automated test frameworks that support modern cloud-based applications. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be local to Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Cypress end-to-end (E2E) test suites
- Write and maintain Cypress test scripts
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks
- Perform integration testing and support API testing (REST)
- Validate cloud application behavior in an AWS-based environment
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SDET / Test Automation Engineer
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Cypress
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for Cypress automation
- Experience building/maintaining automated test frameworks
- E2E and integration testing experience
- API testing experience for REST APIs
- Experience working with AWS; familiarity with EventBridge, S3, and Snowflake

- Remote with a requirement to be local to Arizona
