About the role

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help train and improve AI systems. You’ll complete programming tasks, review AI-generated code, and provide feedback that directly shapes future model capabilities. Work is fully remote with flexibility to choose projects and schedules.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps guide improvements to next-generation AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer is preferred

Preferred / Nice to have

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work details

Paid hourly projects via the platform, up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
Fully remote from approved countries: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Initial short assessment after signup
