Test Automation Engineer - AI Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems (with an emphasis on Android development)
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer

Preferred / Nice to have

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Logistics / Compensation

• Fully remote in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
• Flexible schedule: choose projects and when you work
• Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
• Work becomes available after passing a short assessment
• Payments via PayPal
