Role Overview
Territory Manager – US Market (West/Central area) | Neurovascular (Software Medical Device)
Sim&Cure is seeking a remote Territory Manager to drive commercial growth and product deployment across the West/Central US. The role includes up to 75% travel and focuses on account management, clinical installations, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to grow revenue and customer portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end commercial relationships, including:
- Contract negotiations
- After-sales support
- Lead installation and configuration of Sim&Cure products in clinical environments, ensuring systems are operational.
- Support product deployment activities in hospitals and coordinate with hospital IT teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in medical device or health tech sales/commercial roles.
- Proven medical device sales experience, ideally in interventional neuroradiology, neurosurgery, or endovascular specialties.
- Experience with account management and territory planning.
- Direct experience responding to RFPs/tenders and handling contract negotiations.
- Technical aptitude with hands-on experience in clinical product deployments.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in the angiography suite/cath lab.
- Experience supporting and/or managing B2B industry relationships (e.g., medtech manufacturers/distributors).
- Ability to coordinate trainings, events, and educational programs.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business, or similar).
- RN/RT or former Clinical Specialist background is considered a plus.
Bonus / Nice to Have
- MBA and/or clinical certifications related to neurovascular or radiology.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic territory planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across stakeholders (surgeons, techs, purchasing, executives).
- Comfort delivering technical demonstrations, live case support, and training.
- Adaptability in a startup/fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, proposal writing, and performance reporting.
