Role Overview

Temp Marketing Operations Specialist (full remote)

Join a fast-paced team to support Braze-powered campaign execution, performance monitoring, and campaign reporting. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and comply with regulations.

Key Missions

• Ensure the creation and deployment of Braze segments and campaigns, targeting the right audiences and minimizing errors.
• Monitor Braze campaign performance, including tracking and reporting key metrics like click-through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with teams across content, product, engineering, and data to align Braze campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution end-to-end in Braze.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing performance.
• Interpret feedback into actionable next steps; challenge subject matter when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations, ideally executing multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app modal, and SMS.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices, including deliverability and data protection laws.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to streamline execution (e.g., drafting logic, creating documentation) with strong QA judgment.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Data-driven mindset with experience producing clean, accurate reporting.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to email.

Nice to Have

• Liquid Logic experience (highly preferred).
• Braze certification (strongly preferred).
• Experience with Amplitude or Tableau.
