Role Overview
Join NTT DATA as a Telephony Engineer providing BAU operational support and project delivery for a healthcare telephony account in Leicester. This is a full-remote role (Derby, GB) with a focus on maintaining reliable voice services, handling incidents, and supporting customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide BAU operational support for customer telephony infrastructure, including health checks and reporting.
- Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes following ITIL best practices and ensure SLAs are met.
- Deliver project-related tasks, such as:
- Installation of new telephone equipment
- Creation of telephone diagrams and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with customers to deliver operational support and implement telephony services.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in telephony/voice infrastructure support.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain operational standards and SLA compliance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ITIL processes for incident/problem/request/change management.
- Experience with telephony documentation (e.g., diagrams) and service reporting.
