About the role
Role Overview
TechOps Engineer (Platform Operations & Integration Engineer) at Bayforce (Contract, 6 months to start). This role is part of the Technology & Architecture Team for Connected Services and focuses on operational stability, scalability, and integration of Connected Services platforms.
Responsibilities
- Run daily technical operations for the Connected Services platform, including:
- Infrastructure monitoring
- System health monitoring
- Incident response
- Hardware logistics and installation support
- Own delivery and performance of front-end platform systems, including:
- APIs
- Portals
- Customer-facing interfaces
- Ensure interoperability between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML, IT, Product Engineering, and Marketing to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on technical operations experience (uptime, system health monitoring, incident response).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and/or Prometheus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with container orchestration, e.g., Kubernetes.
Nice-to-Haves
- Demonstrated experience integrating systems across internal, third-party, and customer-facing applications.
