About the role

Role overview

Join Yuno’s Implementation & Technical Account Management team as a Technical Support Analyst. You’ll be the frontline responsible for keeping global payment operations running smoothly—solving technical puzzles, monitoring systems, and responding to critical incidents.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain robust real-time monitoring for critical workflows.
Provide Level 1 support to clients (first line of defense): answer queries, address issues, and escalate critical incidents.
Assist backend teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, and basic API testing.
Create and standardize operational processes to improve scalability and service quality.
Analyze recurring issues and propose data-driven improvements to strengthen NOC operations.
Ensure continuous operational coverage with structured shift handovers.
Perform small development tasks to build hands-on backend knowledge.
Identify gaps in tools/workflows and propose solutions.

Requirements

Fluent English, Spanish & Portuguese (written and verbal).
1+ year of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems.
Basic coding experience for scripting/debugging/log analysis.
Familiarity with APIs and ability to help with integration/connectivity issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer empathy and a service-oriented mindset.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments; eager to learn new tools.

Nice to have

(Implied) Interest in deepening backend knowledge and building scalable operational systems.
