Join our team as a Technical Recruiter, where you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier engineering talent in the crypto industry. You'll work closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and drive an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong technical fluency, a deep understanding of crypto culture, and the ability to engage with candidates who value complex, intellectually demanding work. Key missions: Identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier engineering talent in the crypto space.. Building and maintaining diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions.. Driving an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance. Profile: - The ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical products and value propositions to candidates - A demonstrated ability to hire senior engineers, quant researchers, or other highly specialized profilesAn understanding of core crypto concepts, especially those in DeFi - 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in crypto, protocol development, or deep-tech environments - An established presence or network within crypto communities—Twitter, GitHub, research DAOs, Discord engineering groups - An understanding of TradFi & web2 hiring needs that translate to Web3: economic modeling, incentive optimization, quantitative funds or protocol research workflows to give some examples - Experience hiring in high-growth or remote-first environments - Global talent acquisition experience across engineering and research domains in multiple time zones
