About the role
Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter (Design), you will shape the growth of Ramp’s Product Design organization through full-cycle recruiting, pipeline building, and recruiting strategy development.
Responsibilities
- Source and build candidate pipelines for design roles.
- Craft and execute creative outreach to connect with designers.
- Run full-cycle recruiting for design hires, from pipeline building to offer extension and negotiation management.
- Collaborate with design leadership and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- Ability to tell a compelling story about roles, the team, and why Ramp is unique.
- Strong understanding of design-related profiles, such as:
- Product Designer
- UX Researcher
- Design Systems
- 3+ years recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally focused on Design / UX / creative/technical roles in fast-growing tech companies or startups.
- Proven sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience conducting creative outreach tailored to different design disciplines.
