Technical Project Manager (Platform Architecture Team)

Role Overview

Join Cyera’s Platform Architecture team as a Technical Project Manager. You will lead custom cloud security deployment projects, act as the primary customer point of contact, and coordinate across engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute custom cloud security deployments, ensuring delivery is on time and on budget with clear scopes, timelines, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, translating customer needs into technical requirements and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success.
• Provide technical oversight and communicate technical updates to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Improve project workflows and processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, and relevant security solutions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Experience with methodologies such as Agile or PMP.
