Role overview
Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Multi-Cloud AI & Automation Solutions, leading applied AI and intelligent automation initiatives for cloud company clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle for AI and automation projects (requirements through delivery).
- Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define actionable roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Provide oversight on cloud-based AI/automation tools, including:
- Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini, AWS Agent Core
- Translate high-level requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate DevOps and integration pipelines across cross-functional teams.
- Provide executive updates with data-driven reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security best practices throughout delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex software integration or AI/automation projects.
- Agile/Scrum expertise; experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with intelligent automation platforms and cloud AI tools.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and continuous deployment.
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and compliance challenges.
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-haves
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or relevant cloud credentials.
Logistics & pay
- Remote role; leadership should expect reasonable travel. Encouraged to apply with proximity to: Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Portland, Missoula, and the Bay Area, SoCal, and Washington state.
- Hourly pay range: $75.00–$85.00/hour (final rate depends on experience, certifications, education, and geography).
- Work eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
