Technical Project Manager Mexico

Role Overview

Technical Project Manager (full-time, remote) for Mexico City, Mexico. You will oversee end-to-end technical project delivery for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client IT delivery portfolio from design to implementation.
• Capture and document client strategy, operational processes, and business rules, and communicate them to Technology teams.
• Support software application design, including:
  • Data schema modeling
  • Process workflow development
  • Following Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles.
• Deliver implementation plans in collaboration with Technology, Product, and Sales.
• Drive resource planning and ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Agile methodology expertise (preferably in fast-paced environments / scale-ups).
• Strong experience managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technology deliverables.
• Working understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including applications and limitations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Jira and GitHub (and similar tools).
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders, including large clients and senior executives.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and create clear corporate presentations.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying Deep Learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
